RETURNS POLICY

We sincerely hope that you will absolutely love everything you buy from us, but, in the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving the original order. Please note that you are responsible for the return postage unless an item is faulty or damaged. If, in the unfortunate event your item is faulty, please contact our friendly customer service team at info@Topzilly.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel, who will be happy to advise you how to return the item to us and issue you with an return authorization number and pre-paid label. Please note we cannot accept any faulty item returned without an return authorization number.

Please be aware that the return authorization number and pre-paid label are only for the faulty item that you are returning, should you enclose further non-faulty items in the package you will be liable for the return postage and the delivery charge will not be refunded. Any item returned to us as faulty without an return authorization number will not be eligible for a return postage refund. We suggest you obtain a receipt from the post office as the item remains your property until it is received back at our warehouse.

Please note that all items returned must not be used, in a re-saleable condition with all tags attached and in the original packing. We inspect all returns and if we believe any of the above has not been adhered to, we can return the item to you at your own cost. Our decision regarding the condition of the returned goods is final.

Please note that should you refuse to pay for an item to be returned we reserve the right to dispose of it within 28 days. Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods. Once we have received your item, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business working days. Once we have processed your refund, you will receive a confirmation email.

We will always refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. You will need to return the unwanted item to us for processing first and then place a new order.
